We've come close to winning in Texas before — with superstar candidates like Beto O'Rourke at the top of the ticket. And we've learned the hard lesson of what it means to leave a single statewide candidate to shoulder more than their fair share of the work. No individual leader, regardless of charisma or fundraising talent, can single-handedly mobilize the millions of voters required to win a state as vast and diverse as Texas.

We know what we've left on the table: the wins that could have flipped the state house, flipped more congressional seats, and carried the top of the ticket to statewide victory. What's been missing is the focused, sustained effort in down-ballot races to close the gap.

Blueprint Texas PAC was created to meet that challenge — giving down-ballot candidates the support they need to win, lifting the entire ticket, and building toward Texas' electoral votes in 2032. At minimum, we'll help deny Donald Trump the 5 additional congressional seats he's counting on from his mid-decade redistricting — while laying the groundwork for 2032, when post-2031 reapportionment will dilute electoral college votes in our blue wall states.

A Seat at the Redistricting Table

We're targeting the 10–15 most competitive state legislative and county seats — so Democrats have a voice when Texas redraws its maps after 2030. Winning county offices means controlling ballot access and election administration. Winning legislative seats means a seat at the redistricting table in 2031.

Down-ballot campaigns reach precincts the statewide campaigns can't — turning out votes for Talarico, Hinojosa, and the full ticket. We're focused on priority state house and county targets across five competitive congressional districts. Same dollars, same messages — working the congressional, legislative, and county races at once.
