WIN DOWN-BALLOT.

WIN TEXAS.

Blueprint Texas PAC was built to do what Texas Democrats have never accomplished at scale: provide sustained, direct, data-driven support to down-ballot candidates who can flip state house seats, hold county offices, and lift the entire Democratic ticket.

2032 could be decided in Texas.
2026 is where it begins.

We've come close to winning in Texas before — with superstar candidates like Beto O'Rourke at the top of the ticket. And we've learned the hard lesson of what it means to leave a single statewide candidate to shoulder more than their fair share of the work. No individual leader, regardless of charisma or fundraising talent, can single-handedly mobilize the millions of voters required to win a state as vast and diverse as Texas.

We know what we've left on the table: the wins that could have flipped the state house, flipped more county and congressional seats, and carried the top of the ticket to statewide victory. What's been missing is the focused, sustained effort in down-ballot races to close the gap.

Blueprint Texas PAC was created to meet that challenge — giving down-ballot candidates the support they need to win, lifting the entire ticket, making Texas a true battleground state and delivering Texas' 40+ electoral votes for President in 2032.

Investing to win

A Seat at the Redistricting Table

We're targeting the most competitive state legislative and county seats, including 15 state house, 1 state senate, and multiple county-level seats in 2026. In so doing, we will gain a seat at the redistricting table and positively impact access to the ballot.

And 2026 is just the beginning.

Maximum Lift for the Top of the Ticket

Down-ballot campaigns reach precincts that statewide campaigns can't — turning out votes for Talarico, Hinojosa, and the full statewide ticket. Our focus: priority state house and county-level targets across the state, including in five competitive congressional districts. Same dollars, efficiently spent to work across congressional, legislative, and county races at once.

Bottom-up wins.

Data-driven targets.

Ally-aligned.

We pool resources, share research, and fill financial gaps with campaigns in real time, and act as trustees of every dollar invested. We set vote goals for every target race, measure programmatic gaps continuously, and deploy on a "next best dollar" basis — directing resources where they'll have the greatest impact when it matters most.

The Time is Now.

  • National Headwinds Favor Democrats.

War in Iran, rising prices, economic instability — driving a decisive shift toward Democrats, stronger than 2018.

  • A Once-in-a-Cycle Senate Matchup & Extremely Competitive Gubernational Race

James Talarico — an unusually appealing Democrat — against an unpopular president and a flawed Republican ticket (Paxton). Gina Hinojosa – already within 5 points of an increasingly unpopular Greg Abbott.

  • Remarkable Early Results.

A 31-point R-to-D shift in Tarrant County's state senate special election. R-to-D flips in municipal races across the state.

  • Latino Voters Are Back

Immigration overreach and economic pressure have reversed 2022 trends. South Texas and Latino urban areas are back in play.

  • Fastest Growing. Second Youngest.

Growth driven by younger Hispanic and Black residents concentrating in urban and ex-urban cores. Voters 35 and younger lead registration – making up 45.4% of newer registrants.

  • Trending Democratic

With rapid migration from Blue states like California and a decreasing percentage of older white voters, most Texas counties are trending our way — particularly the urban and ex-urban corridors that are already the fastest-growing parts of the state.
